NASA will be consolidating its social media presence from over 400 accounts to 35. Primary accounts being shut down include most NASA science accounts, mission directorates, organizations & programs.

Primary centers will not be affected, nor will NASA’s main accounts. Almost all other accounts(including ones like the Orion program accounts) will be sunsetted to reduce resources and consolidate their online presence.
